We need this information to create an account and to identify you. Contact information is used so that we can contact you when needed, and also for tenants and landlords to be able to connect, create issues, send and receive invoices and communicate through Juggle..
If you have chosen to share analysis and usage data (by giving us explicit consent), we will record information about the type of technology you use. Examples of data recorded are type of web browser, and how you interact with Juggle.
We can share anonymised data with third parties to ensure the operational stability of the service. We will never share your personal information with third parties.

We do not store your phone book. Information you provide about tenants (name and phone number) associated with inviting a tenant and maintaining a relationship with them through Juggle, will only be used to perform the mentioned tasks.
When inviting tenants who do not already use Juggle, their contact information is shared with Juggle. If the invitee does not sign up to Juggle within 31 days, we will delete this contact information.

If you delete your Juggle profile, all of your information will be deleted unless continued storage is required for a period of statutory reasons or for possible disputes. The information can also be stored for statistics and analysis purposes and will be completely anonymised. Although you delete information on the website, and we delete it in underlying systems, it may take up to 31 days before all backups are also deleted.
We have established routines for deletion and anonymisation of data in accordance with the above, and you may remove, modify, or request that we remove or modify information from your user profile by sending an email to hello@juggle.properties.
