Juggle Terms of use

Welcome! Thank you for using Juggle.

Before you start creating your properties and inviting tenants, we encourage you to carefully review the agreement between you and Juggle. If you are wondering about something along the way or anything is unclear, please contact us at hello@juggle.properties , and we will help you as soon as we can.

These Terms of Use should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

Introduction

  • This agreement (the "Agreement") regulates the use of the Juggle web service ("Juggle"). The parties to the Agreement are you as a user of Juggle ("you", “tenant” or “landlord”) and Juggle AS with organization number XXXXX, ("the Company", "we" "our" or "us").
  • You accept the Agreement when creating a user profile with Juggle.
  • The terms can be changed at any time. When changing the terms that we assume are material to you, you will always be notified well in advance of the change, so that you can decide whether to continue using Juggle on the new terms.

About Juggle

Juggle is a service that makes it simpler to manage the properties you lease to tenants. You can choose to create one or more properties, with one or more tenants. Through Juggle, we want to make sure that you have the best possible communication with your tenants by providing more precise issue reporting for maintenance. By signing up as a user of Juggle, you agree that Juggle does not replace the formal agreements made between landlords and tenants (in the form of formal lease agreements) and Juggle shall not be held responsible for any misunderstandings or contractual omissions resulting from improper documentation between you and your tenant(s).

Amendments

We want to offer a service that is best possible and adapted to the needs of the users. Juggle is therefore constantly evolving both in terms of appearance, functionality and content. We will take care to keep you informed of changes and new opportunities and how they will impact you.

Authentication with Email

To use Juggle you must identify and authenticate yourself with a valid email address.

Guidelines for using Juggle

To create a user at Juggle, you must be 18 years or older.

When creating a property with Juggle, you confirm that you are the owner/landlord, or appointed landlord of said property.

When creating your user with Juggle, we ask that you set a personal password. You are obliged not to share this with others.

You can choose to name the properties you create with Juggle. In doing so you agree not to use text that can be perceived as offensive or misleading. Juggle reserves the right to delete any text that does not comply with these guidelines and you will be notified of said offence by email.

You should not use anyone else's personal information other than when inviting tenants to join your property by email (the email address should be obtained through your official lease agreement(s) that are not facilitated by Juggle).

Properties with tenants

With Juggle, landlords can invite their tenants to join a property. Anyone who has a relationship through a shared property will share personal information in the form of user name, email and mobile phone number.

By inviting tenants and sharing information both personal, and related to the property, you agree to become a part of information related to said property. Both landlords and tenants will receive notifications (by email) when information about the property is changed, or issues are created.

By accepting an invitation to join a property as a tenant, you agree that the landlord and other tenants of the property can see your personal information (such as user name, mobile phone number and email address).

Connection of payment instruments

  1. In order to pay the subscription fee associated with using juggle, you must connect a payment instrument - such as a debit or credit card - to Juggle.
  2. If you replace the payment instrument you have connected to Juggle (for example, if your card information is changed or your card is renewed), you must change this in your Juggle profile.
  3. Your subscription fee will be charged monthly on the same date as that which you signed up to use the Juggle service.

Changes to the agreement

This agreement will always be available on our website

If we make changes that are obviously to the benefit of the user, we will inform you about this when the change takes effect. If not, we will notify you in good time (2 months) before the change takes effect.

Should you not accept the notified changes to this agreement you can contact us, and we will ensure that your account is closed and deleted. As a landlord, your tenants will be notified of this and their accounts will also be deleted.

Duration and termination

The agreement applies as long as we offer Juggle as a service. If we decide to discontinue Juggle, you will be notified of this at least two months in advance, and the Agreement will automatically terminate upon the expiry of the notice period.

We may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if you act contrary to any provisions of the Agreement or otherwise misuse Juggle.

We can terminate this Agreement for any other reason with 3 months' notice.

You can terminate the Agreement at any time by contacting Juggle athello@juggle.properties . It can take up to 30 days for all your data to be deleted from our systems. Upon termination of the Agreement, your information will no longer be accessible to us, or through our website.

Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with Norwegian privacy legislation. To the extent necessary for us to fulfil our agreement with you and carry out the actions you desire, we will share relevant data with our potential partners.

Information you provide in connection with tenants and property addresses can be saved by Juggle, but only to perform the desired/necessary actions to use Juggle as a service.

You can choose to give Juggle access to your contact list, camera or image gallery to upload a profile picture, images associated with maintenance issues, or to invite tenants. Juggle does not have access to your location or microphone.

We refer to our Privacy Policy for further information on how we process your personal information.

Marketing

We will from time to time send you information about Juggle, such as tips on using the service, news, statistics and other relevant information. Such information may also include information about current or potential business partners.

Price

It costs a minimum of $20 per month to use Juggle.

The financial institutions that we work with to provide you with the payment service may charge in the form of commissions or fees. The size of any such commissions or fees is stated in the financial institutions' terms.

If additional payable services or functionality are introduced in Juggle, you will be clearly informed of this if or when you start using such services or functionality.

Rights

All rights and materials relating to Juggle, including trademarks, program code, text, images, and others, belong to the Company or its licensors.

If you wish to exercise such rights or material beyond what is stated in the Agreement, you must first request our written approval.

Rights

While we do our best to make Juggle available when you want to use the service, Juggle may occasionally be totally or partially inaccessible, either due to maintenance, errors, or otherwise.

In the worst case scenario, this can lead to an action not being carried out. We cannot be held responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result.

We will endeavour to provide information on any limitations of availability, but cannot be held responsible for any loss or other consequences arising from the fact that Juggle cannot be used as intended, including whether or not information on limitations of availability is provided.

Juggle does not take responsibility for any errors caused by incorrect information provided by landlords or tenants, regarding lease, rental amount or property information.

All rights and materials relating to Juggle, including trademarks, program code, text, images, and others, belong to the Company or its licensors.

If you wish to exercise such rights or material beyond what is stated in the Agreement, you must first request our written approval.

Various

This agreement is subject to Norwegian law. Any disputes that are not resolved amicably are decided by Norwegian courts.
